> Enhancement: should be possible to set Outline Level in Paragraph Style.

I confirm that it is (for example) not possible to set outline level for style
"Heading 1" in paragraph style dialog, if "Heading 1" is set as paragraph style
in chapter numbering diaog.

Tooltip in paragraph style dialog gives explanation. For me a good solution and
I won't change it, because this might produce some troubles: If I change
Heading 1 to level 2, would this also change style of chapter numbering in
level 2? And what style is now style of chapter numbering level 1?

cc: Design-Team for decision

If we would change tooltip to " ... is asigned to this paragraph style" instead
of " ... is assigned to a paragraph style" it would be more clear.
