[Libreoffice-ux-advise] unable to create new account on design blog

Dear members of the design team,
I just tried to create an new account to post some ideas on your
design blog(design.blog.documentfoundation.org).
But there is no longer any link provided but one to sign-in with an
already existing account. Can you change it?
