We have already Insert > Header and Footer > Header with a list of all
available page styles and the item 'All'. The list item has a check mark if the
page style has header on. You can click on an item and toggle it. But in case
you have header on in some styles and in some styles not, the item 'All' is no
longer available. I can imagine to add an item 'None' to clear all at once, and
to keep both 'All' and 'None' always available.

Page number is a different problem, because the page number is a field, which
can not only occur in header or footer but in the body text as well.
