OK, nice.. 

If there will be a  "Settings" or "Footnotes/Endnotes Settings" entry, please
consider the include menu item linking to the page -> footnote tab.. [similar
to the header/footer menu -> Format header item]. I had a hard time finding
that specific dialog.
