There is already a checkbox in the dialog to not open this template selection
at future Impress starts. And in the Options dialog with Impress settings there
exists the same checkbox.

For this reason and because I believe this is a benefit for the majority of
users (and it ensures that the users easier find and use LibO templates), I'm
against a change.
