I like the idea...

As noted we already provide menu/toolbar/sidebar suppression in Fullscreen
mode. But would be very MUFFIN if we can provide the full-screen experience
(context menus only, no Toolbars, no Sidebar or deck) just in a Windowed frame.

And alternatively, link this new MUFFIN mode to the reworked Contextual Single
NB--but with the NB hidden by default, provide a toggle to expose.

And one thing that would be needed is work on bug 107343--so that while in a
'windowed' full screen mode, we could get out of it by exposing the main menu
and selecting View -> User interface selections. And of course exposing the
other menu functions that you otherwise can't get to in full-screen mode.
