Different Paragraph styles aligned to the same common Baseline Grid and also,
for this example, the note Paragraph style that does not follow the same
Baseline Grid (it uses it's own line spacing). I also let the normal Grid
(Modular in this example) on in order to make clear the difference between the
two.
