We have to stick to the format definition and also to make sure that
cross-platform and round trips with other applications work well. So while this
idea makes some sense (some because the use case for a document specific
dictionary that will never be used again is limited) it's won't fix.

It's always a good idea to write some kind of use case like "I want to create a
document in Greek with a separate dictionary that shouldn't be on my hard-disc
because...". That makes it easier to consider solutions.
