The partial reversion [1] to work on bug 101443 [2] still needs backport to 6.3

The oversize font in the calc formula bar was released in 6.3.0 and
unfortunately into 6.3.1 as well, need to restore it to 100% of UI font size in
6.3 as has been done for master/6.4.0
