It should be fine.
Reading the other tdfs, it seems we should at least adding these:
- Format columns
- Format rows
- Format cells
In Excel, there's also
- Insert hyperlinks
- Sort
- Use AutoFilter
- Use PivotTable reports
- Edit objects
- Edit scenarios
