Just start with a review of the bundled 192 fonts, creating a list like:

> Font          - Required for LO functionality
> opens___.ttf  - Math; bullets
> Alef_Bold.ttf - ???
> ...

and then just remove everything that is not required for LO. Then re-visit the
issue.
