... and further having the same "edit filter settings" buttons in both File
Open and File Save dialogs, with those filter settings *having "save as
default"*, would allow solving bugs related to e.g. saving defaults
(tdf#74580), remove some redundant filters ("Text" vs "Text - choose
encoding"), etc.
