Context menu on the buttons makes no sense (and currently we respond on right
click too) so what remains is the whole area. And since you may have many
groups the Show/Hide action would apply to all. Makes no sense to me.

But a tooltip would be very handy (not the last as the buttons are poorly
designed and way too small). For example we could show "Grouping of
B$:D$"\nClick to show/hide. Objection?
