Again absent a complete redesign of the Startcenter this seems a bit of
"bikeshedding" and uncessessary. And while I do like "hyphens" (em-dash) for
visual separators, we don't use them anywhere else in the UI (e.g. main menu
labels).

But we'll throw it back for UX-advise.
