Example file number 3

1. open the attached file
2. Select the first page
3. Right Click status bar (page style) and set it to default or sidebar ->
Styles -> Page styles. Double click default (every page will change)

They only route. Format -> Paragraph -> Text Flow -> Change to default. Or
uncheck With page Style (which is weird.. where is the current page formatting
based on??)
Or uncheck Page break (why a page break before the first page; doesn't make
sense) 

It's already not obvious to set page style by going to Format -> Paragraph. 
The text flow tab (nor would I think of text flow tab)
Nor I would consider checking page break (which doesn't make sense at the first
page).
