table:title and table:desc sounds like it:

Also note that the Table Properties dialog Table tab Name field outputs
table:name tag into ODF so I think that UI field is not for the same role as
these.

Confirming that alternative text of the table in attachment #165610 is lost on
a Writer roundtrip.
