I would really plead to leave the Track changes toolbar hidden if it was
previously hidden via Menu View - Toolbars. This is like all other context
sensitive toolbars (like Image, Table, etc.) work in LO.
((By the way, beyond this scope: how about hidden text and hidden comments in a
document? They may be copied unnotified as well.))
