Good idea, ideally with the option to load anyway. Guess this could be an
interesting easyhack. Mike's code pointer is
vcl/source/gdi/embeddedfontshelper.cxx in 153 if( !sufficientFontRights )...
SAL_INFO().

For the infobar search for AppendInfoBar().
