[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 140820] Should there be a "Default Frame Style", which each builtin Frame Style "Inherits from"?

As an incremental improvement:

  Rename "Frame" to "Default Frame Style"  (with no inheritance changes).

Reasons:
 (a) would appear at the top of the list in the sidebar
    (when "All Styles" or "Hierarchical" views are used)
 (b) would be more consistent with Paragraph, Table, Page 
     -- which also have "Default" (which also appear at top)
