I detected a similar problem in Windows (not sure, if it's the same, but since
it is a regression, information might help:
Index dialog has been moved to the right at least since 6.3.6.2 (I will add
screenshot from master and screenshot from 6.1.6.3 where it isn't present)
@ Heiko: Please tell me, if you think it is something different and I should
open a new report for it.
