I doubt, that that there is an agreement, that this actual behaviour is really
the desired behaviour. For example see Mike's commetn #2 and his support of bug
36220 comment 10. I would also support this. And so the (desired) behaviour
should be described as follows: "For the list where the cursor is placed,
assign the list id for the last list that appears before this list, regardless
of whether the two lists have a list style or a DF." And I would add: "This
deselects 'Restart Numbering' option, if 'Restart Numbering' is active."
