I like term "Add to previous list" and would use it in both cases. Not only
because making the label depending on the context involves a lot of coding but
also to have more static commands. And this "Add to prev. list" sounds not
wrong to me when in a (different) list.
This topic was on the agenda of the design meeting but hasn't got more input.
