Argh.. I assumed the F2 was global thing.. As Impress/Draw use F2 to inserts a
textbox (drawing object)

But anyhow; F2 is assigned in my perception to 'rename'. Not sure if this can
context sensible. So F2 can do both or even more.. Another question is
obviously if user understands that.. Kind of hard to remember everything..

So TextBox frame was more seen in line with Draw/Impress. Prefer global
shortcut for things which 'are shared'. Not a for every component solution.

OTOH. Textbox (draw object) being well not 'it' in Writer (would opt for
Textbox frame). 

No clue how to un-entangle all of this. I'm surely touching multiple area's
right now.. 

So please some advice how to direct this? How many bug reports are needed? And
for which topics? [Tend to close this one as being 'unspecific' after all]
