For clarification: this is about a new table of contents type. What you do now
is to select Type=User defined and Create From=Text frames. Right? If not, how
do you identify the "listings" (the term wouldn't be clear to me but no better
idea yet), let's say after source code being just formatted per
paragraph/character style.

Now I see you block autocaption (tools > options > writer > autocaption) and
expect to "Add captions automatically when inserting:"... What?
