Possible suggestion for design overhaul

Hello,
The team of LibreOffice has done a splendid job, I feel, in making
available such a capable software for office productivity, and that
too for no cost for free users. I have always had my reservations
against people being employed in such large numbers in the IT, media
and technology industry, particularly because of my experience with
focus, exhaustion and diminishing physical capability.
I hope this email helps you achieve whatever goal you seek to achieve
within and outside this venture. As for my recommendations as a user
of your LibreOffice productivity toolset, I would advise looking more
into developing the interface for any software that you create, not
just LibreOffice, to be as close to simple text as it can be made
possible. The reason behind this being the fact that as a regular
user, who may not necessarily have exposure to clickable interfaces,
or even behind the scenes knowledge of computer coding, deviation from
regular literary language, seems to affect the ability to stay
focused. It may not be too noticeable, but becomes more evident
overtime, as exhaustion from lack of concentration leads to mistakes
being made, in work efforts being put in.
I do tend to understand that it seems difficult to have an interactive
layout built atop your interface, with its current design, which is
easy for me to understand because of my experience, and yet keeps
reminding me of my issues with concentration and well-being during my
tenure in corporate careers.
I hope this email finds you well, and guides you at least to some
extent, in whichever direction your efforts are being put in.
Thanking you,
Aakash 'Sunny' Shah
