We discussed the topic in the design meeting. 

Frames (without Autosize) show a red "text overflow" triangle and we should do
the same on indentation beyond the canvas. This triangle shouldn't cover text
and ideally drawn outside the canvas.

Setting importance to high due to the privacy/security aspect.
