Please start with a use case like "I want to do <foo> to achieve <bar> but fail
because of <baz>". Keep in mind that we are restricted to the open document
format and while the styling is quite flexible we can not introduce a
per-footnote varying style meaning footnote 1 is assigned to style 1 and
footnote 2 to another style (that's what I understand you are asking for).
And please try to comment concisely.
