If the issue remains (cannot confirm since Linux loads the online help in the
browser in 7.4) I second the request to make the dialog actionable. 

I also recommend to use the extensions site to share additional content. But
distributing it via repositories has the advantage of physical media. Some
places may just not have access to the internet.
