Reasonable. While QR Code is ubiquitous and is an incorrect synonym for many 2D
barcodes-- other 1D barcode (and supporting fonts) and 2D, aka. "matrix
barcode" formats are common. We should support more.

The ZXing-cpp libs look to be the correct licensing to pick up and would expand
LO offerings.
