The customization changes the assignment of shortcuts to UNO commands. It never
changed mnemonics from _File (alt+F) to F_ile (alt+I). You may have Alt+P for
Open, instead of ctrl+O, but the mnemonic alt+O will work anyway.

Alt+<key> combinations should not be used for shortcuts at all.
