How about:

"Restart location" - keep it; short and precise
"[None]" -> "Next line"; much better than [None] and sounds familiar to the
common LB
"Right" -> keep; short and precise enough with the title caption
"Left" -> keep
"Next full line" -> keep; short and makes the difference to "Next Line" clear
