--- Comment #4 from Telesto <telesto at surfxs.nl> ---
Slightly modified example.. (as I'm partly wrong)
1. open the attached file
2. Place cursor at 'World'
3. Press add to List button (working without CTRL+Click & expected, but kind of
contrary to HELP)
4. Place cursor at 'Hello'
5. Unable the click 'add to list'

(In reply to Heiko Tietze from comment #1)

Yes, but how is this relevant?

> You can also clone the formatting (press ctrl to include the list)

Yes, but if the list is also heavily formatted, cloning but of risk

The list isn't based on paragraph style, so this isn't working as far I can
tell

The behaviour in step 3 in case of bottom of the list, is what I would expect..
also for the top of the list..

The whole CTRL+CLICK 'Add to list' is the advanced feature, IMHO

I admit, I'm circling around the area of bug 36220 and bug 140579.. Except
there is no 'continue numbering' button. Previously it was about letting the
insert numbering button continue existing numbering (if I'm correct)
