- in context of dialog, you want/need to have an area in the "to" control. The
positioning is in relation to the area, not an anchor point.
- "frame text area" refers to the area in the frame where text can be placed
- "frame text area" is analogous to "page text area" (which is also used).
-  not sure how/why "text area" is relevant here
