But the SC is agnostic, when it is active (currently only on startup until bug
77590 gets some effort) there is no associated active module. So what should
the drop list show?
And currently "All Applications" as that alone makes sense--what other entry
would be appropriate?
IF bug 77590 gets some love, then we could filter the listbox to match the
active module. Until then...? With no entry, no templates shown? Writer's
templates by default? Impress's?
With move the list box, dropping the split button, it would cause more
confusion to change.
Also, where did we move the 'Manage Templates' entry. It used to be on the
Split button. Now is only present on the main menu File -> Templates
