Putting all together there seems to be agreement on a better name. To keep the
effort low for l10n we should go with "Country or Region".

The term "country/region" is also used in the selectblockdialog.ui (and
In-/ExcludeCountry which somehow comes with the mail merge function (haven't
found how).
