Haven't thought too much about this - my assumption was that Standard Filter is
just another view of Auto Filter, so that they represent the same data.
This is how it's implemented currently.

And I don't think two separate filters would be supported by ODF currently.

If we want to change this, it has major consequences. Code needs lots of
refactoring, and ODF needs an extension. And, IMO, it would only complicate
things unnecessarily.

I'd rather fix the cases where the display in autofilter popup is not properly
reflected in the standard filter dialog.
