It's convenient to assign a CS to the non-accessible numbers (done via
.uno:DefaultNumbering). The only way to have the numbers in bold, for example,
is by changing the CS.
If you go through the dialog (.uno:OutlineBullet) you have to set all
attributes manually. At least when we talk about the Customize tab. In case of
the list of predefined configurations I'd agree to have some congruence.
Ideally this list follows what is defined under List Styles filtered for
ordered lists.
