This issue is reported repeatedly with different aspects. For example
* bug 56696 No option to make recent documents list show items for just the
currently active LibO module
* bug 69739 There is no option to make File Open by default only show the type
of the active document, instead of all file types,
* bug 79803 Open file dialog should list files relevant to the open module,
* bug 100502 The sequence in the "File Type" listing can be confusing when
picking a filter/module to use to import a document
Making it a duplicate of bug 69739, which has a controversial discussion.
