- <Enter> adds a new paragraph above the table with "Text Body" style
- <Alt>+<Enter> adds a new paragraph above the table with "Default Paragraph
Style" style
- <Ctrl>+<Enter> "Insert page break" before the table (apparently does nothing,
but see the Undo list)
- <Ctrl>+<Shift>+<Enter> "Insert column break" before the table (apparently
does nothing, but see the Undo list)
- <Alt>+<Shift>+<Enter> does nothing (I think; nothing in the Undo list)
- <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Enter> does nothing (I think; nothing in the Undo list)
- <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Shift>+<Enter> does nothing (I think; nothing in the Undo list)
A few years ago, before knowing that, my first workaround was to add a row
before, then split the table.
