Similar discussion in bug 102506 (Values vs. Formulas) and many more. Besides
simplicity on the quick find toolbar, how do you expect results in other sheets
to become visible? I assume Find Next jumps to the first occurrence at the next
sheet.

Ultimately the same request as bug 98270. Let's continue the discussion there.
