The default border width is "Thin (0.75 pt)". I could not find a way to change
this default value.
Maybe this option could be remembered across multiple uses. For example, if the
user applies a border with 0.5 pt, the next time the dropdown is opened the
option 0.5 pt should be selected by default because it was the last used
option.
Also, clicking any of the border options should remember the last selected
border width value.
Let's hear from the UX team.
