Unlike other spreadsheet tools we select the column/row by clicking on the
header. Wouldn't expect to sort the whole sheet if one column/row is selected
but this particular one. And there are not too many situations when you need
this.
But the commands .uno:SortAscending/SortDescending can be customized into the
context menu and offer to either use the current selection or to expand. Works
well but is not really convenient (the toolbar commands .uno:SortUp/Down always
sort the whole table).
So please use the individual customization to get this interaction.
