1) Menu > Tools > Customize
Customize dialog opens
2) Click the 'Context Menus' tab.
3) Select 'Table' in the 'Target' drop down.
4) Type 'select table' in the 'Search' edit box.
5) Select 'Select Table' from the 'Available Commands' list box.
6) Click the 'Add item' arrow to add the 'Select Table' command to the
'Assigned Commands' list box.
It does seem odd there is not already a 'Select' sub menu having 'Cell', 'Row',
'Column', and 'Table' like there is for Menu > Table > Select.
