Usually you do Insert > Text from Document or open a local document via File >
Open (and filter for HTML). In general I think these functionality should not
be in focus since Writer is not an HTML editor.

Talking about import from other sources than locally it bears a security risk.
But in fact I can just copy this URL and paste into the open dialog (at least
on KDE using kf5 VCL) and get the bug loaded into Writer. => NAB (for
Linux/KDE)
