But original question remains....the current dialog appears as follows 

Names
  Name
  Text Alternative
  Description


-- where the "main" content is more about accessibility (or if "Description" is
not going to be exported, then "documentation").  

otoh, section label is not a big deal. On the other, many Eve users want the UI
to be "intuitive"/"transparent" without having to read documentation -- perhaps
a better descriptor than "Names" can be found. (maybe "Object Description"? )
