The main problem here is that the color "Document background" is used for many
different things, such as (i) Calc sheets, (ii) the Basic IDE, (iii) Writer
documents and (iv) Impress/Draw drawings.

One way to fix this without creating a new Options dialog is to separate some
colors in the Application Colors dialog. For instance, we could have
independent Document Color / Font Color entries for Writer, Calc, Impress/Draw
and Basic IDE.

However, this change would require many changes throughout LibreOffice.
