[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 145044] Having "Enable word completion" and "Collect words" options separated doesn't make sense to me

How about adding words from a special dictionary? Not implemented however. And
it makes absolutely no sense to collect words but having the word completion
disabled.
