Pasting also works in Abiword. But it doesn't in e.g. gedit. I agree that it
should allow pasting simpler text in all text editors that don't support
headings (possibly keeping some formatting and tabulation) if the user wants
that.

I tried to rename this bug accordingly.

Note that the issue about the naming of the feature is in Bug 151951.
