To summarise, you'd like four things:

- rename "Send outline to clipboard" as "Copy outline"
- right-click anywhere in the navigator's outline to access that function
- add menu item to copy only a section, possibly ending up with both "Copy full
outline" and "Copy this outline"
- a third menu item for to copy anything under a particular heading (i.e. the
contents of a section, instead of the headings)

Waiting on UX evaluation.
