Each cell has an individual value of 0.00cm, selecting two ends up in 0.10cm.
This does not happen for newly created tables. My guess is that you have
defined 0.10cm on the table style (APA_PORT_%_0m) but overwrote it with 0.
Remove all direct formatting per ctrl+M and check your steps again. The raw
data show the same with fo:border-top="0.06pt... fo:border-bottom="0.51pt. So
not a bug but we are missing the UI to edit table styles (bug 105933).
